We are hiring experienced Boom Pump Operators for our client in Demerara, Georgetown. Your main job is to drive, set up, and operate concrete boom pump trucks safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the site team to ensure smooth concrete placement and maintain equipment in top condition.

Job Title: Boom Pump Operator – Demerara, Georgetown
Location: Georgetown, Guyana
Salary: ₹150,000 per month
Contract: 2 Years
Vacancies: 4
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 5 days a week (Saturday overtime with extra pay)
Language: Basic English

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate concrete boom pump trucks safely.

• Set up pumps on stable ground and connect pipelines correctly.

• Control the boom remotely and coordinate with the crew during pours.

• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment daily.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE (helmet, vest, boots).

• Keep accurate logs and maintain professional customer relations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating concrete pumps.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Mechanical skills for basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 80 lbs).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Safety‑focused and detail‑oriented.
