Users acknowledge that Videsh Chalo is NOT a Recruitment Agent (RA) as defined by the Emigration Act, 1983. We do not act as signatories to employment contracts.
In accordance with the IT Act, 2000, we are an "Intermediary." We do not pre-screen or validate the accuracy of job postings by third-party recruiters.
Professional advisory work fees:
Fees paid for profile optimization, AI resume building, and career counselling are for advisory services only.

Users agree to provide true and accurate information. Providing fake documents or misleading work history will lead to immediate account termination.
Candidates are solely responsible for the authenticity of their Passport, Medical reports, and Police Clearance Certificates (PCC).
By using the portal, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal data as per our DPDP Act 2023 compliant Privacy Policy. Data is shared only with recruiters you explicitly interact with.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
