Our client is seeking experienced steel fixers to join ongoing commercial and infrastructure construction projects across Croatia.

The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing, assembling, placing, and securing reinforcement steel according to engineering drawings and project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read structural drawings, and adherence to international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of Steel Fixer

The selected Steel Fixer will be responsible for:

• Read and interpret structural drawings and reinforcement schedules.
• Cut, bend, tie and fix reinforcement steel bars (rebar).
• Install reinforcement cages, beams, slabs, columns and foundations.
• Measure and position reinforcement according to engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, cutting machines and bending equipment safely.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and construction teams.
• Inspect reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria for Steel Fixer jobs in Europe
